Sunday – lemon chicken in crockpot (church/edge/anchor)
We’ve had this before and it’s pretty good, but cooks super fast since you brown the meat on the stovetop, so it was kind of overdone and dry when we ate it.  Had with white rice.

Monday – spaghetti & meatballs   with bread

Tuesday – crockpot pepperoncini beef (combine jar pepperoncinis, can beef broth, pack onion soup mix – pour over flank steak in crockpot, shred, serve on roll w/melted provolone); ate it with a veggie tray

Wednesday – kids had frozen chicken strips, salad and mashed potatoes (pioneer woman)
adults had crockpot chicken and dumplings: not this exact recipe but same idea (I put in chopped up potatoes, fresh carrots, onion, celery if I have it, frozen corn/peas)

Thursday – crockpot white chicken chili: basically this, but I add some frozen chicken breasts too  served with shredded mozarella & tortilla chips
