Sunday – Ina Garten’s perfect roast chicken (I use fingerling or baby potatoes instead of the fennel)  with salad and Hawaiian rolls (store bought)

Monday – stuffed shells
with copycat Olive Garden breadsticks

Tuesday – taco Tuesday!

Wednesday – baked bean soup (we have a XC meet then curriculum night at Eastlake, so crockpot dinner) with drop biscuits and salad

Thursday – something with bacon and chicken is the basic plan – or maybe chicken sandwiches (copycat Chick Fil A)
