We were on vacation for 1.5 weeks, and then I forgot to do this last week, but I’m back now 🙂  The plan for this week of August 27 thru Sept 1 is:

Sunday – marinated and grilled flank steak and panzanella salad

Monday – quiche with ham, chives, cheese and salad

Wednesday – chicken and black bean soup (I have parent orientation at the high school so need something easy they can all self serve straight from the crock)


Thursday – chicken cordon blue casserole (had some leftover ham – wasn’t a favorite of the family, probably won’t make again)
