garlic bread – store bought heat & serve

Monday – crockpot whole chicken (had hoped to go to Costco, where I would buy a rotisserie chicken, but when I realized that wasn’t going to happen threw a whole chidken in the crock) –

mashed potatoes –

kale chips (kale from garden, olive oil & sea salt, baked on oven until crisp)

leftover garlic  bread

Tuesday – crockpot Mongolian beef (Abby’s out, so let’s eat something she would never eat) –

Wednesday – ham steaks

biscuits – (this is my go to, but I have used other biscuit recipes before)

leftover mashed potatoes

Thursday – taco Thursday 🙂
